Sessions are tailored to the client’s needs and include:-
- Structured confidence coaching.
- Blending clinical hypnotherapy into the coaching Sessions as needed.
- Carrying out a number of practical tasks all designed to increase and command your confidence.
Clients normally attend 3 sessions
Sessions lasts approximately one hour
Fee: £120.00 per session
