Providing delegates with the knowledge and skills to use clever psychological
tactics to sell their product or service Sales
and Negotiation 1
An introductory level providing delegates with the base skills to
sell their product/service and use basic negotiation skills. Suitable
for those who have received no training in sales and negotiation and
with limited experience. Sales and
Negotiation 2
An intermediate programme that builds on the base skill set of delegates.
Content includes client meeting skills, using inspiring communication
skills, influence and persuasion skills, the psychology of negotiation
and account management. Suitable for those who have received some
basic training and with at least 6 months experience. Sales
and Negotiation 3
An advanced programme that covers the psychology of negotiation and
sales, strategic influence, sales presentations and relationship marketing.
The programme also incorporates emotional intelligence in sales and
negotiation and advanced strategies to help delegates create a personal
