Ian brings a wealth of commercial experience having run his own business for many years. Described as warm, practical and very down to earth he has worked with the Steve Miller training team for several years. Ian specialises in delivering management development programmes, sales and negotiation and finance for non financial managers and has worked in a wide range of sectors including media and publishing, manufacturing, FMCG, leisure and retail.

Amanda Wilson – Training Associate

As an experienced trainer, manager and confidence coach Amanda brings humour, creativity and common sense to the training room. She is also a Member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis and she readily shares her talent for influencing. As a strong business woman Amanda has vast experience of delivering Sales, Negotiation and Personal Development training in both the private and public sectors.

Jean Wilde has travelled UK wide as an actress before moving into training and teaching. She has been featured by BBC radio and now delivers Powerful Presentation Skills, Personal Development and a range of management development modules for the company. She is renowned for her expertise as a communications trainer and has experience working up to Director level on public speaking and presenting.

Alan Possart – Financial Controller

Alan is the Financial Controller for the business and ensures that clients value for money. Alan brings experience of working within both professional practice and a range of private sector organisations.

Terry Brookes – Personal Assistant to Steve Miller

Terry is Steves P.A and is quick to form supportive and professional relationships with clients. Terry brings both charm and efficiency ensuring all clients receives the highest levels of customer service. After working for Central Television Terry went on to work for the Automobile Association before joining the Steve Miller team.
